Living spaces

On the entrance level you’ll find a bright and comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace for cooler evenings, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area is ideal for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking with fresh local ingredients a pleasure. From this level, step out onto the terrace, a lovely spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Downstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, both with direct access to the garden, creating a wonderful indoor–outdoor flow.

One bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, offering extra privacy and an extra bed for a fifth person.

The second bedroom is served by a separate bathroom in the hallway, ideal for families or guests.

Outdoor areas

The garden and terrace areas provide space to relax, read, or let children play safely outdoors, making this villa particularly well suited for families looking for comfort and tranquillity.

We welcome guests to arrive and depart on any day of the week. However, during peak seasons, we may prioritize booking dates that optimize availability.

If you plan to charge an EV or hybrid during your stay, please inform us so we can calculate the electricity usage. Alternatively, charging facilities are available at a nearby supermarket or at our office in the QEV resort in Budens.
