The space
Accommodates up to 4 guests and features full air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Equipped with modern conveniences, including IPTV with UK and European channels, a selection of films, and stable, high-speed fiber WiFi.
Enjoy a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious terraces, a BBQ area, a dining table, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
Guests have access to two shared swimming pools, heated from May to September (and in April and October, subject to demand and weather conditions).
No pets allowed.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse and resort amenities, including the shared pools. Free on-site parking is available.
You’ll have access to two shared pools—the “round pool” and the “triangular pool”—which are open year-round and heated from April to October. Please refer to the house book upon arrival for entry details.
Quinta da Encosta Velha is just minutes away from some of the world’s most breathtaking and unspoiled beaches. It also benefits from being near the charming Portuguese village of Budens, where you’ll find a well-stocked grocery store open seven days a week, a petrol station, a bakery, a magazine shop, and an ATM.
Just 4 kilometers away lies Salema, a picturesque fishing village offering oceanfront dining and a stunning sandy beach that’s simply irresistible.

We welcome guests to arrive and depart on any day of the week. However, during peak seasons, we may prioritize booking dates that optimize availability.

If you plan to charge an EV or hybrid during your stay, please inform us so we can calculate the electricity usage. Alternatively, charging facilities are available at a nearby supermarket or at our office in the QEV resort in Budens.
